What the FRA is

A training program run by Coach Steve Williams, separate from the City of Loveland classes — built for players who want more than one or two clinics a week.

01

Training volume

10 hours a week in spring and fall and 20 in the summer, for players who are already competing at a high level and want to take their game further.

02

Complete player development

Mechanics, footwork patterns, shot selection, tactics, and mental skills — the same foundation that has produced hundreds of #1 high school players.

03

Experts beyond the court

Guest coaches, college players as training partners, guest speakers, and specialists in biomechanics, diet and nutrition, mental toughness, and strength and conditioning.

04

Real competition

A traveling team that plays several tournaments outside Colorado each year, plus weekly sanctioned UTR match play in Loveland.
